          Literally cousins to the famous Fennek Italiano Classico, (the main difference is style of finish) both scissors are made by branches of the Gianola family in Premana, Italy.🇮🇹 

          Still using knives exclusively in the kitchen? It’s time for "the perfect kitchen scissor", according to Canada's Globe & Mail. Use these detachable Alpen kitchen shears to cut slices of pizza, snip fresh herbs or debone chicken.           I pick these up instead of a knife

          I cannot get over how clean and efficient trimming poultry, snipping stalk vegetables and other food prep tasks have become with these scissors. They’re sharp, stable and sure in my hand. Should have purchased these years ago.
