Pre-order Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment for these items at check out in order to reserve them for you, including shipping costs.
You can request that your pre-order be cancelled at any time before it has been fulfilled by replying to your order email and asking for a cancellation and refund. Ciselier Company will process your cancellation within two business days; your refund will be issued by Shopify to your original method of payment. If the order has been fulfilled (i.e. it has been shipped to you), then no cancellation is possible. See our Returns Policy for more details on returns.
