In 2020, satirical online publication The Onion published an article titled, "10 Breathtaking Photos that Perfectly Capture the Unwavering Spirit of Scissors". In classic satirical style, the writer attempts to mock a mundane item by elevating it to mythical proportions. Partially re-created here, but using photos of beautiful handmade scissors, we'd like to remind The Onion of Graydon Carter's famous quote,
