Fennek are known for their high-gloss stainless steel finishes. Like their other fine scissors, the per il Pesce are not plated, but instead painstakingly hand-polished to a mirror shine. This pair is intended for all-purpose kitchen duty, with a specialty in fish and shellfish. They feature a prominently micro-serrated blade, ergonomic finger bows and compact cutting surface for maximum torque.
During product testing, we had our local fish monger put the Fennek per il Pesce scissors to the test. We're informed that their grip on slippery shells is "incredible", and their half-razor edge cuts through the thickest lobster claws "like butter." Perfect for the chef!
