We're the first to admit that these scissors are a little... unusual. We're delighted to be able to offer a very limited selection of scissors from Ernest Wright, the venerable and famous heritage maker from Sheffield. When we heard about these whopping 12" paper hangers, crafted from blanks forged in the 1980's and not since, we could not resist. Traditionally used by wallpaperers to make long, straight cuts, these 12" scissors are not for the faint of heart, and would be right at home in any collection. Or, perhaps someone in your life needs a pair of "big ass scissors"? These are them.

🇬🇧 About Ernest Wright Ernest Wright is one of the UK’s two remaining scissor manufacturers. Both are in Sheffield, home to regional blademaking since the 14th century.
